Are you representing your buyers best interest is what I was thinking this morning when I opened up my email to find I received a buyer's request for seller repairs from their buyer agent stamp dated 9:pm 1/31/16.
Option period ended at 5: pm 1/31/16
I will contact my sellers and ask them if they would like to entertain the buyers minor repair list.
My point to this blog is what is so important in ones life they can't get with their clients Amendment for repairs sent to the listing agent before the deadline stated in contract.
Buyers inspection was completed day two of their seven day option period in my eyes there is no excuse not to meet deadlines otherwise why bother being a real estate professional.
We all have a song and dance in real estate and most of us don't express it in a blog post but hey it gave me something to write about.

Since then I have met with seller they didn't have a problem and offered buyer small allowance which was accepted by buyers..... all parties moving forward.
I will never understand why some agents can't represent their clients according to dates and time-lines in their executed contracts.
