Ringing and Singing in the Rain with Jennifer Fivelsdal

Ringing and Singing in the Rain with Jennifer Fivelsdal

I had the opportunity today to ring and sing with a Jennifer Fivelsdal longtime Activerain Ambassador who I have been following several years.

Jennifer Fivelsdal was kind enough to start following my blogs back in 2013 and leaving comments. She was one of the first members I can remember leaving comments on my blogs. Her profile picture with that captivating smile just invites you to like her knowing she has a heart of gold. She does……

Jennifer is originally from Jamaica but has been living in Mid-Hudson Valley over 30+ years. She worked in telecommunication industry prior to practicing real estate since 2002 in Red Hook a town in Dutchess County New York.  Red hook is located in the northwest part of Dutchess County in the Hudson Valley where she lives on acreage with a football size back yard enjoying the beauty mother nature created surrounding her home.

Jennifer and her husband are proud parents of two children one of each, boy and girl who are on their own now. Jennifer loves gardening and photography; if you have been following her you’ve seen many of her beautiful photos of barns, bridges, historic buildings, landscapes, homes and more.

I asked Jennifer if she had any pets or livestock and she says her home is allergy free, so the answer is NO.

We talked about the real estate market and jobs in her historic community and she mentioned area residents who do work commute about 90 miles to the city for their jobs; some commute by Amtrak since there isn’t any other source other than owning a car. Real Estate is good and it appears the market is stable.

Thank you Jennifer for the opportunity to speak with you today and I hope you will find many more followers after they read this blog.
